Does it sound like I should switch antidepressants..?

Xanax tends to cause drowsiness in almost everyone. I was once on Lexapro and was upgraded to Effexor. I would ask about that one. I take a small dose of Prozac to help, as well. You should probably just try some new drugs. I believe Effexor is just a new and improved Lexapro. When I took Lex, I was usually tired. Of course, depression causes fatigue as well.
