Are these signs of pregnancy or have i just come down with something?

right i have been getting a few symptoms but im sure its too early.... im 21, my last period was extreamly heavy (very unusual) which finished 2 weeks ago. i have been getting like mini cramping twinges, the glad things( sorry i dont know what they are called) on nipple area are more prominant, are only a little bit tender but have swollen, have been feeling really sick, very headachy, very tired and dizzy spells, need to wee more than usual.and i am extreamly bloated which is very uncomfortable. am i pregnant or just coming down with something? i took a test, which was way too early to tell so was negative. please help. many thanks.
