When Christians attack the Big Bang Theory as "contrary to scripture" do they actually have specific Bible....?

I don't see how the Big Bang Theory either confirms or contradicts the scriptures. The Big Bang theory says the universe came into existence at a point in time from something science can not explain. The Scripture says the universe came into existence at a point in time from something science can not explain. God spoke and "bang"! Seems pretty obvious to me. I'm not sure why anyone would say the Big Bang could not possibly be true because it contradicts scripture.
