What can i do to make me feel better about myself?

You can do exercises to boost your self esteem and that will make you feel better. Check out "self esteem" and "depression self help" at www.depressiondodging.com. The exercises are under the 6 pillars of self esteem. They take only 10-20 minutes a day, but its worth it. Like is sooo much better when you stop hating yourself.
