For those of you who have lived in an orphanage or have knowledge about them, I need your help!?

I am going to school for counselling and business, and with both degrees, I plan to open up orphanages across America. With that being said, I would like to know if there is something you would have changed during your stay in an orphanage? Whether it be the people, living conditions, or anything! Right now I am brainstorming different ideas and would love your input! Thank you!
