What references should all eczema & psoriais pts read?

I would add any text that deals with candida (yeast) infestations, as I understand that it is the yeast that causes the eczema and psoriasis, as well as thrush, jock itch, vaginitis, athlete's foot, ringworm, and internal stuff as well.
